You can turn the Run gate into Run On/Off trigger (Impromptu Gate-Seq needs that) with Count Module Poly G->T START/END output. AS Flow turns Start/Stop triggers into a Run gate. I use hardware Start and Stop transports to reset everything and restart all sequences in-sync. Submarine Logic Analyzer helped a lot to understand what is happening with the clock pulses.
